5.4 When processing the information collected, SOFTRACK uses systems structured to meet security and transparency requirements, standards of good practice and governance and the general principles established in Law No. 13,709/2018 General Personal Data Protection Law ( “LGPD”).

    Clients: Natural person, who has registered in the SOFTRACK system, to whom the personal data that is the subject of work refers;
